1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using RytDait ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
RytDait is an AI-powered meal planning application that generates personalised nutrition plans based on your health profile, dietary preferences, and goals. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: RytDait provides general nutritional guidance only — not medical advice.
- Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, particularly if you have an existing health condition
- Do not use this App to self-treat, diagnose, cure, or manage any medical condition
- AI-generated meal plans may contain errors; verify allergen and nutritional information independently
- In a medical emergency, contact your healthcare provider or emergency services immediately
4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
RytDait offers the following subscription plans, billed via Apple In-App Purchase (IAP):
- Free: limited features, 1 cuisine slot, no plan refresh
- Premium: $14.99/month or $139.99/year — 2 cuisine slots, weekly plan refresh
- Explorer: $22.99/month or $234.99/year — 5 cuisine slots, early access features
⚠️ Billing is managed by Apple / Google — not by RytDait
All payments are processed directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). RytDait does not handle, store, or have access to your payment details.
When you cancel a subscription, you retain access until the end of the current paid period — cancellation does not trigger an immediate refund for the remaining days.
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google Play support.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Your Apple ID or Google account is charged at confirmation of purchase and upon each renewal
- iOS: Manage or cancel via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → RytDait
- Android: Manage or cancel via Google Play → Subscriptions → RytDait
- No refunds are issued by RytDait for unused portions of a billing period; all refund decisions are made solely by Apple or Google under their respective policies
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing; you will be notified before any price change takes effect on your account
5. Free Trial & Grace Periods
- First-time users who have never subscribed may receive a 3-day Premium trial ("Streak Trial"); eligibility is determined by the App
- There is no IAP billing grace: paid access ends when your subscription period ends (
expiresAt), as reflected by Apple or Google
- Explorer meal-plan grace: if your Explorer subscription lapses, the App may keep showing one saved cuisine for up to 3 days; extra plan data may remain on our servers briefly before removal
6. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- RytDait enforces a single-device session policy; signing in on a new device terminates the previous session
- We are not liable for unauthorised access resulting from shared or compromised credentials
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code
- Use the App to operate a commercial meal planning or nutrition service
- Share your account credentials with any other person
- Attempt to circumvent subscription or feature restrictions by technical means
- Submit false or misleading health information
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
8. Intellectual Property
- All content generated by RytDait, including meal plans, recipes, and nutritional data, is the property of RytDait
- You may share individual meal cards for personal, non-commercial use
- You may not republish, sell, or commercialise any generated content without express written permission
9. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RytDait is not liable for:
- Health outcomes arising from following AI-generated meal plans
- Allergic reactions (you are solely responsible for verifying allergen information)
- Data loss due to account deletion, device failure, or service interruption
- Loss of revenue, goodwill, or profits arising from use of the App
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the App via Settings → My Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes all associated data.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
